These draft terms govern the use of MyITWorld — a community platform with forum, blog and social features operated from Poland.

Scope
The terms apply to every visitor of the service. Creating an account or publishing content additionally requires accepting them at sign-up.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
Rules of conduct
Publishing illegal content is prohibited. This includes pornographic material, content harmful to minors, harassment, hatred, defamation, spam and malware.
Age-restricted content (18+)
The service is open to users of all ages. Content intended only for adults — above all strong language, gore and violence — may appear only in areas marked 18+, behind an age confirmation. Pornographic content is prohibited everywhere on the service.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you publish and you are responsible for it. By posting, you grant other users the licence needed to display your content within the service.
Moderation and reporting
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms. Anyone can report content via the report form; we confirm receipt of every report by e-mail. How we understand each type of report and what actions we take is described in the moderation standards.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to the terms
Material changes will be announced in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting the changes.
Governing law
These terms and the service are governed by Polish law.
