How MyITWorld handles reports of illegal or harmful content.

How reporting works
Anyone — including visitors without an account — can report content via the report form. We confirm receipt of every report by e-mail and handle reports without undue delay. Reports must be accurate and submitted in good faith.
Report categories
Every report falls into one of the categories of the report form: illegal content, danger to children, harassment or hate, privacy violation, copyright or trademark, or other. Below we explain how we understand each of them.
Illegal content
Content that breaks Polish or EU law, for example child sexual abuse material, terrorist content or serious threats. We remove it and notify law enforcement where the law requires it.
Danger to children
Any material that sexually involves minors, and any content that endangers them. We remove it immediately; pornographic content is not allowed anywhere on the service.
Harassment and hate
Targeted attacks, stalking, publishing private data without consent (doxxing), and incitement to hatred on grounds such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
Privacy violation
Publishing private data or images of identifiable persons without their consent.
Copyright and trademark
Content infringing copyrights or trademark rights. When the rights holder is identifiable, we may ask for a statement of rights before acting.
Age-restricted content (18+)
Strong language, gore and violence are allowed only in areas marked 18+, behind an age confirmation. Unmarked age-restricted content is treated as a violation. Pornographic content is removed regardless of where it appears.
Actions we take
Depending on the violation, we may remove the content, restrict account features, or suspend or remove the account. In the most serious cases we involve law enforcement.
